" As the owner of The Liberty Elm Diner in Providence, Carol DeFeciani has earned accolades for her commitment to local food, even garnering attention from the likes of the Food Network's Guy Fieri. The diner was featured on his "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" just last week.
But she's also struggled with tax problems and making business ends meet in a challenging economy.
