Step 2: Review Document Checklist

This list will help you prepare the documents that you will need for your loan application.  Your loan consultant may ask for additional documents, based on your individual application.  If you are confident that you can provide the documents below, please continue with the application process.  To easily print this page for your reference, press CTRL+P (Command+P for Mac)

• 3 most recent bank statements for your personal and business accounts
• Most recent business and home utility bills
• Most recent mortgage note (if applicable)
• Verification of non-business income including paystubs, rental income, public assistance, etc.
• Business certificate, required licenses, and corporate resolution
• Business lease
• Tax returns for the last 1-2 years (if available)
• Balance sheet, profit-and-loss statements and cash flow statements (if available) Click for examples and worksheets.
• Current government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license
• Documentation of loan purpose (estimates, supplier or dealer information)

Additional Documents for Start-Up Business Loans and transition business loans:

• Documentation showing 6 months of business revenue (ex. P&L statements, bank statements, invoices, tax returns, sales ledgers)
• A market analysis and 12 months of projected financials OR a business plan Download a business plan template.
• Proof of outside income if your business is not yet profitable
  
• 2 most recent paystubs for your cosigner
