Budgeting Basics is a workshop designed to lay a foundation for entrepreneurs to learn how to put a basic budget in place for their young businesses in preparation for the holidays.  Participants will learn:

4.       What things to think about when you're creating your first budget
5.       How to measure the success of your budget

More about our speaker: Rhonda Cook is Chief Strategist for Khiron Bae, a consulting firm that assist emerging and startup companies in improving their business and financial strategies.  She is well known for creating solid strategic plans and has helped many CEOs strengthen their organizations by helping them to create deliberate and specific go to market plans of action and solid financial plans.  In addition to managing the consulting firm Cook is a certified Nx Level business training instructor and has taught the 15 week business planning class for over 6 to budding entrepreneurs.
