Starting small, thinking big
Not long ago, the restaurant was just a dream for Oscar, who operated a food cart in Plaza Fiesta, selling churros to hungry lunchtime shoppers. But when a larger space opened up, Oscar decided to take the opportunity to expand to a full-fledged restaurant.
